In Cantus Firmus Flamensis, SPECTRA embarks on a nautical road trip across nine islands of the Flemish Composers Archipelago. At certain stops, we pay tribute to iconic figures whose legacy has shaped and coloured the Flemish musical landscape for decades. In other harbours, we reconnect with distinguished fellow travellers from both the recent and more distant past. We also dock at lesser-known insulae, always driven by a curiosity for new and compelling voices.
