One glass box. Big.
People in an open space. Dancing.
The background: galvanizing beats.
Geen podium, geen stoelen, ...
Awkward inconvenience?
The omnipresence of social media, in time as well as in space, hardly leaves any room for escape. Lacroix and Voseček translate everyday harassment in word, image and music thus confronting us with the banality of the violence we are all capable of.
Where does violence originate? Where does it feed? Where does it emerge ? How long do we keep on watching or enduring before taking action? Spectator and performer, bully and victim, all seem interchangeable in a powerful, physical show that leaves traces.
